First off my hair arrived in 6 days which is awesome! I haven't installed it yet but its beautiful and is exactly as described! I am usually reluctant to order hair online but I'm really glad that I did. I will give another full review once my hair is installed. Its beautiful, shiny and has a great texture! The customer service is phenomenal. I asked a question upon purchasing the hair and got almost an immediate response. I am impressed and will order again!

I've had these for about three months. At first they were soft and silky, however over time they have coarse and shed easily. That's pretty much the only complaint I have, I love the so much I use them every day for school, the color match is lovely (considering my hair is blue). They are very manageable whether I am doing my hair for cheer, a big event,or just everyday styling. Overall I am very satisfied but my only concern is how long they will last.
No complaints. Hair is very soft and good quality for price. You will need 4 pcs for a full head, if you use a lace closure, you 3 will be enough.

Return/refund for quality problem
