    The hair is good. It is true to length and, when received did not have any funny odor. I have washed and installed the hair and its been a week. I experience shedding and the hair gets a bit tangled but I think some conditioning should revitalize it. Overall the hair is not bad.

Unsuccessful delivery :

1.If the parcel is delivered unsuccessfully because of wrong address offered by buyer. We are not responsible for any loss caused

2.If the parcel is sent to a wrong address or lost by the shipping company, we can resend the parcel to you or offer you a refund.
